Welcome to Moriarty Meats

Moriarty Meats is a whole animal butcher shop in Buffalo, NY, sourcing local meats and inspired by traditional European butcheries. Using traditional French butchery, we minimize waste, work exclusively by hand, and offer more variety of cuts than standard American meat shops or slaughterhouses. 

 

In addition to offering fresh local meat and homemade prepared foods, we help our customers know more about their food: where it comes from, how to prepare it, etc. We welcome novice, adventurous, and experienced home cooks to share their food related memories, experiences, and aspirations. Because we all know that food is about more than just food.
