Service Description

We are extra excited for this new hands-on workshop! The tomahawk is a bone-in ribeye that weighs between 2.5-3.5 lbs. Each participant will have the chance to cut and peel their own tomahawk steak from the rib section of beef. You will also create your own compote butter from an array of condiments and seasonings, and take home some of our rich homemade demi-glace to up level your serving display. **WORKSHOPS WILL ONLY RUN WITH A MINIMUM OF 4 PEOPLE. We will notify you the Friday before the workshop if we need to cancel the event due to low enrollment. If your plans change after you book, you may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund up to one week before the date of the event (i.e., Tuesday June 4th @ 11:59pm).
