Mix, grind, and stuff! This workshop offers a hands-on experience of making sausage from start to finish just like we do every week. You'll learn the process and take home 5lbs of sausage. Participants will decide on the two types of pork sausage at the event.
**WORKSHOPS WILL ONLY RUN WITH A MINIMUM OF 4 PEOPLE. We will notify you the Friday before the workshop if we need to cancel the event due to low enrollment.
