Service Description

Café Bar Moriarty and Kelly Ashford of Bite Riot present an adventure in Pinot Noir! This four-course pairing features white, rosé and red wines made from Pinot Noir grapes, showcasing its full range of expression. Exact menu TBD! Tickets include 4 courses served family style. You will be seated with the number of tickets you purchase. Please note at the time of booking if you have any allergies, or if you have any restrictions preventing you from sitting at a high top table or at the bar. The first course begins promptly at 5:30. For guests that arrive between 5:00 and 5:30, the bar will be open, serving drinks and tapas. Tickets include sales tax. No gratuity will be prompted. Course 1: Cod loin in broth with herbs and spring vegetables paired with Willamette Valley Vineyards White Pinot Noir, 2020 Course 2 : Duck confit, lentils, with a red wine jus paired with Philippe le Hardi Bourgogne, 2019 Course 3: Diot (a French pork sausage) braised heirloom beans, and aioli paired with Ron Rubin-Russian River Valley Pinot Noir, 2019 Course 4 :Panna cotta, persimmon vinegar, and honey paired with Petit Bourgeois Rosé de Pinot Noir, 2020 About Bite Riot Bite Riot brings flavorful and responsibly sourced food and definitive knowledge on all things delicious into your home. Owner, Kelly Ashford, has honed her skills as a home cook for over thirty years. As a wine and spirits professional, she has been educated in Europe, Mexico, California, Kentucky, and New York City. Bite Riot offers occasional meal kit deliveries that focus on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Meal kits always include a wine pairing suggestion, a cocktail recipe and a mocktail recipe. Kelly is also available for fun, in-home wine tasting and cocktail making classes.
