Service Description

Porchetta is a fan favorite in both the butcher shop and the café bar. In Italian, Porchetta means “little pig,” referring to rolled skin-on pork belly it is made from. In this workshop, you'll watch the breakdown of a half pork to see where the pork belly comes from. Then season, roll and learn to tie your own porchetta! You'll take home your own creation ~4lbs, which makes a delectable dinner or sandwich. **WORKSHOPS WILL ONLY RUN WITH A MINIMUM OF 4 PEOPLE. We will notify you the Friday before the workshop if we need to cancel the event due to low enrollment. If your plans change after you book, you may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund up to one week before the date of the event (i.e., Tuesday April 11th @ 11:59pm).
