Who doesn’t look forward to their first hot dog of the summer? Now, you have the opportunity to make your own! Show off your newly acquired skills to friends and family on Memorial Day and start the summer right with some delicious dogs. Emulsified sausages such as hot dogs and boudin blanc are the most difficult but rewarding sausages to make. Join us as we walk through the process of correctly emulsifying and stuffing your own beef and pork hotdogs. You have the choice to smoke them yourself or to come back and pick them up later in the week. **WORKSHOPS WILL ONLY RUN WITH A MINIMUM OF 4 PEOPLE. We will notify you the Friday before the workshop if we need to cancel the event due to low enrollment. If your plans change after you book, you may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund up to one week before the date of the event (i.e., Tuesday May 16th @ 11:59pm).
