Get those Irish eyes smiling & ready for St. Patrick's Day season at our Make Your Own Corned Beef and Pastrami Workshop! The brining process is the same for these two favorite brisket preparations, so you can choose how you want to finish it! Join our cut room as they show you exactly where the brisket comes from through a beef forequarter breakdown demonstration. Then, you will season and brine your own brisket. We've timed this workshop so that you'll be ready to go for the best St. Patrick's Day meal you've ever made! If you want to make pastrami instead of corned beef, you can take it home to smoke or leave it here and we will smoke it for you. **WORKSHOPS WILL ONLY RUN WITH A MINIMUM OF 4 PEOPLE. We will notify you the Friday before the workshop if we need to cancel the event due to low enrollment. If your plans change after you book, you may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund up to one week before the date of the event (i.e., Tuesday Feb 27th 11:59pm).
