Who doesn't love bacon? It's not only delicious, but also surprisingly simple to make! Jump in and make your own bacon in this hands-on workshop that also includes a demonstration in getting the pork belly off of a whole pig.
Please note: bacon takes about a week to cure. If you want us to smoke and slice your bacon, you'll need to come back on a specified date!
PLEASE NOTE: WORKSHOPS WILL ONLY RUN WITH A MINIMUM OF 4 PEOPLE. We will notify you the Friday before the workshop if we need to cancel the event due to low enrollment.
