Service Description
Our first meat, cheese, and wine class! Fromage & Fare: An Evening of Cured Meats, Cheeses, and Wines. Welcome to our first meat, cheese, and wine class! Join us for five different wines paired with cheese and cured meat. This class will be lead by Kyle, who comes with fourteen years experience from the cheese department at Wegmans and Hallie, who has worked with Moriarty's for the past two and a half years while having a passion of food and wine. Together, they have collaborated to coin a unique menu. This class will include five different cheeses, one per course, along with five three ounce pours of wine that have been specifically paired by Hallie and Kyle. Learn about the wines and cheese, why they pair well, where they come from, and more! The first pairing begins promptly at 6pm. For guests that arrive between 5:30 and 6pm, the bar will be open. Tickets do not include sales tax or gratuity. A $10 deposit will be charged to reserve your seats and the balance will be due at the event.
