This deposit holds your order of local beef brasciole or paupiettes (minimum 6). 

 

Paupiette - 8oz portion each: Sear on all sides and cook in the oven 350 degrees for about 25 min, rest, cut strings and serve atop pasta, greens, rice, etc. 

 

Brasciole: a pounded beef flap wrapped around homemade sausage. Sear on all sides and braise until tender (approx. 3 hours). Rest, slice, and serve.
